Soursop is a fresh, perishable fruit — so we treat every shipment like it's going to someone we love. Here's exactly how we get it to you.
Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States only. We're starting small and deliberately so every order arrives at the standard we promise.
How we pack it
Every soursop ships firm and under-ripe, so it can ripen perfectly at your home (see our Freshness Guarantee and the ripening guide included in your box). Each fruit is wrapped to breathe, cushioned to protect it, and packed in insulated packaging to keep it cool in transit.
When we ship
Fresh fruit doesn't sit in weekend transit hubs. We ship Monday through Wednesday so your order travels and arrives on business days. If you order later in the week, it will ship on the next shipping day.
How fast it arrives
We ship using expedited service to protect freshness. Estimated transit is 1–2 business days after your order ships. You'll receive tracking by email the moment your order is on its way.
When it arrives
Please plan to receive and unpack your soursop the day it's delivered. Bring it inside promptly — fruit left on a hot or freezing doorstep is the one thing we can't control. Then follow the simple ripening guide included with your order.
Shipping cost
Because fresh fruit requires insulated, expedited shipping, a flat perishable shipping rate is shown at checkout. We keep it as close to true cost as we can.
Accurate address
Please double-check your shipping address. We can't be responsible for fruit sent to an incorrect address, but if something looks wrong, email us right away at contact@thevytalshop.com and we'll help if we can before it ships.
Weather & delays
Rarely, extreme weather or a carrier delay can affect a perishable shipment. If a delay puts your fruit at risk, we'll reach out. And if anything arrives less than sound, our Freshness Guarantee has you covered.
