If your soursop arrives spoiled, moldy, leaking, badly bruised, or damaged in transit, we will replace it or refund it. No hassle, no fighting.

How to make a claim

Email us at contact@thevytalshop.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a quick photo of the fruit as it arrived. We'll respond within one business day and make it right.

What's covered

  • Arrived spoiled, moldy, or fermented.
  • Arrived leaking, crushed, or damaged in shipping.
  • Arrived far too soft or overripe to use.

What isn't

  • Fruit that ripened naturally after sitting several days unopened after delivery — that's normal ripening, and our guide helps you time it. (If you're unsure, still email us — we'd rather help than have you disappointed.)
  • Fruit left on a doorstep in extreme heat or cold after delivery.
  • Not liking the taste or texture of soursop itself — it's a unique fruit, and taste is personal.
