Returns & Replacements
Fresh fruit works a little differently
Because soursop is fresh and perishable, our returns process is built around photos, not shipping fruit back and forth. Please never mail perishable fruit back to us — it won't help your claim and it isn't good for anyone.
If something's wrong with your order
Email contact@thevytalshop.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the fruit as it arrived. See our Freshness Guarantee for exactly what's covered.
How we resolve it
For a valid claim, you choose: a replacement on our next shipping day (our default — we'd love to get it right), or a refund to your original payment method. Refunds are issued within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
Changes & cancellations
Need to change or cancel an order? Email us as soon as possible. We can usually help before your order has been packed and shipped. Once a perishable order has shipped, it can't be canceled — but our Freshness Guarantee still protects you if anything arrives less than sound.
Damaged in transit
If your package looks damaged on arrival, snap a photo before and after opening and send it along. We handle carrier issues on our end — you don't have to.
